New for 2012, the PDGA Rules Q & A are now considered part of the official PDGA rules. I believe that they will be printed in/with the official Rules book/Competition Manual in 2013

While your there, check out question 6 at the top of page 2. This is an issue that comes up every year at Diamond X. Glad to see tht it is officially addressed.
