No singles?

The M-roundup just doesn't have the ring to it like "REDNECK" Beer so much for old school. Would have probably made this event if it were singles play. Oh well, no event for me at blue this year. Sad Maybe the bag tag final though.

I didn't see anything about

I didn't see anything about it posted up here, so I just wanted to clarify what we heard at tags last night - There will be a Mixed Doubles division for the Saturday event at Blue Mtn, correct? What will the entry fee be? Is it sanctioned? Does this division pay out in script or cash?

Thanks, super excited to finally get a chance to play mixed!

Mixed dubs at the Round Up

Yes, the name had to be changed due to the FS's PC-ness... The FS person who I deal with chuckled whe he said it, but they wouldn't permit an event named the Redneck anything. Oh well...

Yes, there will be a mixed division. $40 per team non-sanctioned I've had 4 mixed teams ask about this, so there should be a good sized division.

No player's packs or trophies for any division.

All divisions will receive a cash payout. No script, but the GCF store will be on hand for your plastic needs...

Sign up for Friday Pattee Singles starting at 5:30. Play will start at 6:00. Look for Moose to get signed up.

Saturday registration will start at 7:30 - 9:00 at Blue Mtn
Players Meeting at 9:15
1st round Shotgun start from the Blue tees using your best shot at 9:30
2nd round Shotgun start from the white tees with alternate shot format 1:15
Awards to follow

We will be playing straight up Blue Mtn. No added OB or changed baskets. Should be fun!!!

Sunday will be a random draw dubs round at the Kind Kanyon course located just 20 minutes from Missoula up HWY 200 at the Kind Swine BBQ restaurant on the Blackfoot river near Johnsrud. Register by 10:00 Play will start at 10:15. More info on the cost to come, but it will be cheap.

Here's your chance to play 3 different courses in the Missoula area!! Hope to see you next Saturday.

Now that is funny! Got a chuckle out of me too. Beer

It is amazing though, the lengths the FS will go to even control the name of an event. TDs beware!

Round Up

Another one in the books. Big Thanks to Moose for running the Pattee Singles Friday nite and to Rahn for running the random draw dubs Sunday at Kind Kanyon. Real computer time is hard to come by for me right now, so please be patient in regards to the results.

Here are the winners from Sat in each division:

Open - D and Brian held off a charging Sinister Dexter (Coy and Joey)

Masters - Jon and Dave
Adv - Rahn and Ross
Mixed - David and Jade after Jade's ace put them in the lead on their second to last hole

Glad to see all the new tourney players out Saturday!!!

Don't remember the full results, but Rahn and his partner shot a 7 down to take the random Dubs on Sunday at Kind Kanyon. Congrats to Rahn on the "Triple Crown"
