Overall effect of the new layout was to increase the G-Spot(SSA) by a stroke or two.

wait, I know it is early, but

wait, I know it is early, but are you saying that the new layout is two strokes harder than the old course? Looking at the scores, it does look like more higher numbers than expected. But is the course tougher or are the holes just brand new? That will be an interesting number to keep an eye on the next couple of months.
