what!?!?! no tourneys at PC!!!?!? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are you kidding me!?!?!?!?!
Please tell me thats not the case. If it is, why was it never mentioned - that I can recall.
My only complaint with the above scores is they are all assuming pars of 54, although I appreciate that the numerical total is put first to avoid confusion. I believe Pattee has two par fours (number two hole and the Beast), and Blue still has at least two also (Uncle Johns and Mirkwood for sure, plus JT's, Upchuck, Cape Canaveral and Gunsight). I know that those of us in league are not supposed to talk about pars other than threes, but that's how I see the local pars.
Disregard the - #, below par #'s completely. The score is the score is the score!!!!!!!!Then there's No confusion what you shot, imo. TW
I don't know Drew...I would say they are par 3's too...I nailed both of them in 3 my last time there. They are much harder than the others but with the correct shot types can be completed in 3 shots.
Yeah, but you are a touring pro, and sponsered by a top-notch dg company to boot! In short, you should be birding those tough holes. Now, can you two number two and the beast? Well, having watched your three on 16 of the green grizzly, maybe you could.
Has anyone twoed the Beast?
Which one is the beast?
the hard one through the swamp and trees, hole 14 i think. i have seen a bunch of twos on it, a drive that many people in town are capable of, if it gets through the trees, can reach it. I have had drives that are pin deep. That is teeing off a little in front of where we've currently been teeing off from.
I think the beast is a more likely par 4 than hole #2, which is reachable off the drive for the largish of arm. Compare that to hole 11 at blue mountain or something where it's not possible.
However, I support varying pars and have seen plenty of "par 4"s in big competitions (Worlds for sure) that are substantially easier than either of those two holes. There are at least 5-6 holes around town that are very supportable in a par four argument
I pretty much define a par 4 as a hole that requires two shots. The beast pretty much counts for me because getting through the trees isn't really realistic. Mirkwood blue, Hole 11 Blue, Hole 7 Blue pretty much. But like I said easier par 4s than those are on display at big tourneys everywhere...it's pretty much personal preference.

If I got them right 10-12 would be the new ones this year. 13 would be the princess hole after the female laden work crew who put in the basket. 14 would be the ditch and 15 would be the beast
not lame, and pretty well done. an obvious case of computer mastery

Christian busting up the Bag Tag mark he set in the 06 Tag Finals for the Blue tees...
The two top scores from bag tags @ pattee setting the mark for the new layout during tags...
but there's talk of some -11's floating out there possibly landing at a tag round soon
And is it a certainty that no more tourneys at Pattee???
Did/will snowbowl even bother to put on a tourney last/this year???
