thinkin 5dolla dubs w/$1 to club, $4 to payout
optional $1 acefund as well, maybe a $200 cap/per if things got rollin
doubles, maybe random at first, split by pools of ability if needed later
a buddy of mine from mich has a "league start-up kit" he's sending me
(e.g. a poker chip pairing method that can handle late show-ers w/o redoing)
I have the plywood, dry erase board & velcro to cobble up a leaderboard
thinkin w/dubs it oughtta be 2laps for rose if it works
moving to bohart whenever mom nature allows

posting this to fire up myself as well, always loved the local league scenes Ive been around and would like to give back in this regard, of course feedback and tweaks welcome...
eyein up the dates and while 4/20 is just too perfect Im thinkin some informals in april while we ramp up for $ward$, spreading the word to start up for the summer on 5/4...

thinkin that as an added bennie of joining the headwaters club players at dubs needn't pay the $1 to the club/course
I guess a bagtag is evidence enough that a guys a club member, so $5covers payout & acefund for hwdgc members, others pay $6...(wasnt tryin to exchange tags in dubs tho)
what was decided anyway for bagtag/club membership...? 20 tag only, 25 tag&disc, 30tag&premiumdisc was thrown about just wanna get the info down for the 2min casualguy salespitch...
so becoming a member gets a guy a disc and a buck off dubs and a bagtag- thinkin from the casuald00d perspective Im wanting just a lil more sumtnsumthin...
my .02 is a bagtag finals of some sort, maybe even a prelim wknd followed by a matchplay wknd or whatever
I know this has done to some degree at yr's end anyway but again Id like to talk it up to the casuals as an event they are already reg'd for simply by joining the club and buying a tag...
separate from all that, a singles league also has appeal I think and could work well esp if we handicapped so money chances are equal, one like that I played in(FL) we paidin/paidout every week, another(MI) we paid to join & played 14wks count your best 11 series players paid out by division at the end...

is it cool for the club to "take" a buck from each round, taxwise, or otherwise?- I was thinkin it could be added cash for a tourney or used for other club stuff, just trying to be as transparent as possible as to where the money would go...
could longterm pursue merch payout as well
lots of folks out at rose last night, temps only in the 40s but drylookin, got the players just need a parking lot and bulletin board...maybe a picnic table or two... lil white overnight again but gettin jacked for a good summer throwin
