ehh... its always one thing or another ... that road DOES NEED SOME SERIOUS WORK.

USDA Forest Service wrote:

The road will be open to the public on weekends while the work is being done.

Is it open after 5 on weekdays???

Yes

It will be open for bag tag. They close the road while the road crews are working only.
