Christian: Baskets?
Just curious, but have there ever been talks about baskets at scratch? is that city or county land anyway?

lots of talk but not much action, scratch is blm ground and we have been waiting for that areas designated use definition to change, we got the ball rolling a few years back and submitted a different longer layout for the scratch course to the blm and we are just waiting to hear from them that all the red tape has been cleared up and that they succeded in changing the area into a recreational use area insted of a wildlife area but we definetly need to start hounding them with, boy am i starting to get sick of playin tones all the time
